Atlanta Education Foundation

The Association operates as an autonomous subdivision of the Foundation in the planning and operation of alumni publications, alumni events and other activities designed to promote communication and socialization for its graduates and other classes of membership as determined by the Association.

1. Functions of the alumni association include:
   • Keeping alumni involved with their former schools
   • Communications with former classmates through newsletters, web sites, Facebook, social events, and enhanced class reunions
2. Provides a vehicle through which financial and other gifts may be channeled
3. Other significant benefits include:
   • Assisting the parent Foundation in fundraising efforts
   • Providing services to classes in reunion planning
   • Creating and distributing communications to alumni
   • Providing opportunities through special activities (i.e. Homecoming)
